What do I do if an item is faulty or incorrect?
Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number, the date you received the item, and a description of the fault or error, along with a photograph. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible, once your request has been assessed, to arrange a refund or replacement if applicable. Please note, it is essential you include a photograph otherwise your request can not be processed! All faults must be reported within 28 days.
Any item(s) where a fault has been caused due to customer negligence or not following the garment care instructions are not eligible for a refund or replacement. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.
What do I do if I am not happy with my purchase?
We are confident that you will be delighted with our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided they are unworn or unused and in perfect original condition.
Please email us at email@example.com with your name, order number, details of the goods you wish to return and the reason for the return. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase, in accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations. You will then have another 14 days, once you have received confirmation from us, to send the goods back.
All items returned to us are at your own risk, so we recommend using a recorded postal service.
This does not affect any of your statutory rights.
Please note: We are a small, family run business and all our products are printed on demand. This means any returns cannot immediately be resold and will leave us out of pocket. We therefore kindly ask you to double check our sizing guide and measurements carefully before ordering any clothing.
