Important Notice: Due to the current Covid-19 situation, our fulfilment company have implemented strict and responsible hygiene and social distancing practices for their team, so orders are currently taking up to 7 working days to print and dispatch. The postal service is experiencing delays too, mostly because of the high numbers of staff absence, so delivery may also take longer than expected. Some second class deliveries (RM 48) are taking up to two weeks. If you want your items as quickly as possible, we recommend choosing the Courier option as this is the fastest and also comes with tracking.

Q: Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to the UK and to selected countries in Europe (see below).

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?

Orders in the UK are either shipped by Royal Mail or by Courier, you can choose your preferred option at check out. The prices for Royal Mail are dependent on weight of your order, and this is automatically calculated for you at check out to give you the best possible options. For Courier there is a flat rate. Orders above a certain weight can only be sent by Courier.

Royal Mail 48 (Standard): £1.45/ £3.10 / £3.40 – delivery estimate 3 to 5 days

Royal Mail 24 (Standard): £1.90/ £3.90/ £4.95 – delivery estimate 2 to 3 days

DPD (Courier with tracking): £6.50 flat rate – delivery estimate 1 to 2 days

We now also offer free postage within the UK for orders of £40 or above, with delivery via Courier. If your order is eligible for the free postage, this will appear as an option during checkout.

Delivery to Europe is priced according to Zones, as set by the postal service.
Zone 1: £8.95 (Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland)
Zone 2: £10.95 (Austria, Denmark, France, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia)
Zone 3: £13.50 (Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Republic of Ireland)

All shipping costs include postage, packaging and our fulfilment company picking and packing your order.

Q: Are there additional charges if ordering from Europe, now that Brexit has happened?

Unfortunately, now that the UK has left the European Union, you may occur additional charges if ordering from Europe. This depends on the total value of your order, including the shipping costs.

  • Orders with a value of €22 or below are free of Import VAT and duties.
  • Orders with a value above €22 but below €150 will be liable to pay only Import VAT.
  • Orders with a value above €150 will be liable to pay Import VAT and Duties.

The amount of Import VAT and Duties that will be charged will vary based on the country you are based in, and will typically be collected by the courier, who will also generally hold the parcel until payment is made. Customers are responsible for paying any additional charges.

Q: Who do you use to deliver your orders?

Q: How quickly will I receive my order?

All our products are all printed on demand. This means when you place your order, it is printed to your specifications. The turnaround between placing your order and your order being shipped is currently up to 7 working days.

After your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 1-5 days in the UK, depending on the postage option you have chosen, and 3-6 working days to Europe. Please note these are estimates provided by DPD, and we have no control over the actual delivery times. For UK orders, if you want your items as quickly as possible, we recommend choosing the Courier option as this is the fastest and also comes with tracking.
